Chervonnozavodskoi district Court of Kharkiv refused to announced in an international search the ex head of the Court of Appeal in Luhansk region Anatoliy Vizir. He proclaimed himself as “a president of South-East of Ukraine” in video-appeal and called to capture state power, to change state border and violating of set Constitutional order.

According to decision of Kharkiv Court, the prosecutor didn’t have the authentic information “about committing of a wrongful act by the “president of South-East Ukraine” during the pendency of the petition.

We would remind that Anatoliy Vizir appealed to Russians and to Putin with calling to defend separatists has captured the Office of SSU in Luhansk region. Except this, Vizir claimed about recovery of the Constitution of Ukraine 1996.
