The chairman of Luhansk Regional Military-Civilian Administration Georgiy Tuka commented the removing of the opening of pedestrian checkpoint in Stanitsa Luhanska. According to his words, all necessary documents for opening were collected, but the last word is for NSDC. He claimed about it in time of meeting with Lyceum students from “Cadet Corps named after heroes of the Young Guard”, tribun.com.ua reports.
“The checkpoint in Stanitsa Luhanska will open only when militaries be sure in safety there”, noticed Georgiy Tuka. He payed the attention that for a few days before the opening, the cache with ammunition was detected not far from checkpoint. Insurgents wanted to remove them illegally. Also, Tuka added that most part of people, who are waiting for the moving of the block-post, don’t have the electronic skip.
“Skips were only at 5 people from 60 who had gathered there. I’m reminding that checkpoint in Stanitsa will work for generally accepted rules and everyone must have skips”, said Tuka.
We would remind that opening of pedestrian checkpoint, planned on October 10, has been postponed indefinitely.
