OSCE observers traced where the coal gets transported from “LPR”

Representatives of Special monitoring mission of OSCE saw 50 trucks at “LPR”-controlled checkpoint “Dolzhanskiy”, the trucks were waiting for permission to enter Russian territory. Most of the trucks were loaded with coal according to observers.

Previously it was reported that insurgents were planning to transport coal from occupied territory of Lugansk Region through checkpoint “Sverdlovsk” controlled by “LPR”. Besides that cargo with coal from “LPR” was spotted near Novoshakhtinsk (Rostov Region). It was also reported that “Matveev Kurgank” checkpoint is one of the most “popular” Russian checkpoints for transportation of coal from Lugansk.
