Local residents haven’t seen insurgents in Kominternovo village (Donetsk Region) since October 7.
This village was part of disputed territory. Now according to information from representatives of Special monitoring mission of OSCE the village is not controlled by government forces and it’s not controlled by insurgents of “DPR”.
Ministry of Internal Affairs doesn’t answer phone calls from local residents and same thing with “DPR police”.
In March the village was under total control of Armed Forces of Ukraine.
