On October 16 in the morning there was siren turned on the East of occupied Lugansk.

According to locals the siren was on for about 15 minutes. “It was so loud that we remembered shelling last year and we were thinking about going to the basement to hide” told one of the local residents.

They started to turn sirens on in Lugansk in the beginning of June 2014.
