OSCE observers were not allowed to access the territory with armored vehicles in occupied by insurgents Alchevsk city. Representatives of Special monitoring mission mentioned in their report that they were stopped by armed man who said that he was not authorized to let anyone to go to the territory when the commander is absent. Observers saw at least 12 armored vehicles on that territory including BMD, BMP-1 and BMP-2.

Previously it was reported that insurgents put “medic unit” in the hostel of football club “Stal” in Alchevsk.
