“Top brassers” of “LPR” detained so-called minister of fuel and energy and coal industry Dmitry Lyamin on October 17. He is charged with covering of contraband of coal on the occupied territory of Luhansk region. IA “News Front” reports about it.

According to information of “MSS of LPR”, being in conspiracy with the coadjutor of ex-deputy from “Party of Regions” Jury Ivanyuschenko (a well-known criminal boss Jury Yenakievsky) I. Avramov, “the Minister strictly complied all the orders of criminal authorities for smuggling coal and transfer under control of criminals of strategically important for the Republic enterprises of fuel and energy sector”.

This means that he has realized moreover 3.3 millions of coal in a period from January to September 2015. This is 88% from all extracted and realized coal by “republic”.

According to report of top-brassers, the sanctions to deny “minister” were given by the head of the “republic” Ihor Plotnitsky. At the same time the edition “Russian Spring” has reported that Plotnitsky didn’t give any orders.

“I didn’t give my sanction and conducting of any investigation in relation to him neither to MSS, nor to MIA of Republic to deny Lyamin”, claimed Plotnitsky.
