“Republican” cell phone operator “Feniks” starts to charge payments for the services from December 2015. This was reported by the “minister of communications of DPR” Viktor Yatsenko.

“Starting from December we will be charging for all type of services” says Yatsenko. According to him, now the services are free for the test period that will continue to the end of November.

“Till the end of November “Feniks” will be free. In November we plan to start SMS service and that is going to be free on the first stage” added Yatsenko.

Previously it was reported that in “DPR” they started their own cell phone operator “Feniks” and the Internet provider “Ugletelekov”.
