Ukraine must come back the control under the border, occupied by fighters and mercenaries. German Chancellor Angela Merkel claimed about it during the joint conference with Arseny Yatsenyuk.

“Ukraine must get the exit to the outside borders and also the stabilization in Luhansk and Donetsk regions”, said Merkel. According to her words, the elections on occupied territories of Donbass should comply with norms of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of OSCE.  

“After this will be regulated (in the framework of the tripartite contact group – ed.) the necessary legislation must be created and only after that hold the elections”, she added.

As it was reported earlier, Ukrainian-Russian border in Luhansk region had been got under control of “militants”.
