Today the head of “LPR” has signed a decree “About beginning of the activity of courts of Luhansk People’s Republic”, which holds, that courts of the general jurisdiction, except Pervomaisk, Rovenki and Stakhanov city courts must begin their activity from the “day , coming next after the entry into force of this Decree”.
