The head of “LPR” Ihor Plotnitsky is going to develop the bill of holding the local elections in “DPR” and “LPR”. He claimed about it to the separatist edition “LuhanskInformCenter”. Plotnitsky said that he doesn’t trust to Ukrainian side and considers that representatives of power don’t know how to invent laws.

“We see that Ukraine don’t know how or doesn’t want to follow the standards of OSCE on the own territory. That’s why there is nothing to do for them on our elections. we will hold them by ourselves on the standards of OSCE and Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights. Also we will invent voting bill for Ukraine. Obviously, that they can’t neither embed good laws, appropriate to demands of OSCE, nor execute them”, claimed the head of “LPR”.

As it was reported earlier “DPR” and “LPR” has agreed to remove elections on the next year.
