At night on October 26 unidentified armed men kidnapped Yevgeniy Kostennikov who is the deputy director of State Company “Krasnolimanskaya Coal Company”.

“They smashed the gates of the company, tied coal miners who were on duty, broke into the office, they came on 4 SUVs and 2 APCs” reports press office of the company.

Now Yevgeniy Kostennikov is in Prosecutor’s Office of Kramatorsk (Donetsk Region).

On October 16 Kisilyov was arrested and blamed in stealing money of “Krasnolimanskaya” coal mine.
