The trial in absentia under the head of “The Ministry of Finances of DPR” Ekaterina Matyushenko will take place in Donetsk region. According to the report of the press-service of prosecutor of Donetsk region, woman faces up to 15 years in prison. She is on occupied territory now.

“It was found in time of pre-trial investigation, that owner of private enterprise “Infokon” has stayed on the occupied territory and become the member of the terrorist organization “DPR”. It happened, when terrorists of “DPR” had taken Donetsk under control. Ekaterina Matyushenko has headed the so-called “Ministry of Finances of DPR”, tells the report.

The head of “The Ministry of Finances of DPR” is blaming in a criminal offense under Part. 1 art. 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“Participation in a terrorist group or a terrorist organization”).

As it was reported earlier, the regional-separatist will be judged in Luhansk region.
