Representatives of a private company “Poisk” located in Lugansk complained to “LPR police” on insurgents who were located on their territory from Summer 2014 till March 2015. According to the complain made by businessmen during the time when “militia” was located at their base, cargo trucks and other vehicles disappeared.

Previously the leader of “LPR” Igor Plotnitskiy assured people that “LPR” started to return “nationalized” vehicles.
