On October 30 border guard unit will start to work in Kramatorsk of Donetsk Region. This was reported during the briefing by the head of a border guard unit of Kramatorsk of the East Regional State Border Guard Service Lt.-Col. Yuriy Golovka.

“News of Kramatorsk” report that the unit will operate in sector B and C and it will be providing security along the contact line, they will be checking documents of people who cross the contact line.

Golovko said that State Tax Service will be dealing with cargo crossing the contact line. He also reported that joint units of border guards and Tax Service that stop illegal cargos will continue to fight against smugglers.

Previously it was reported that border guards who are based in Mariupol got speed boat “Kalkan” as a present from State Azov Sea Ecological Inspection.
