Many people come to offices in Lugansk where humanitarian aid is distributed, people are in bad situation because pensions and salaries are delayed. One of the workers at humanitarian office said that a lot of old people have no money to buy food because the pension is delayed.

By the end of 2014 only in Chervonopartizansk (Sverdlovsk district of Lugansk Region) over 64 people died from hunger.

In summer 2015 one death of hunger was registered in Lugansk.
