Monument to former leader of proletariat in Volnovakha city was dismantled.

Residents were sympathetic to what happened and there were no conflicts.

“Today the leader was removed in Volnovakha city in Donbass. Mostly young pro-Ukrainian people supported that event. Some old lady was screaming “fascists” from a distance. But in general locals absolutely don’t care about “Lenin”. It was standing there, that’s all… It went down, it’s ok also” said local reporter Miroslav Vatashchuk.
