“Administration” of the city is expecting that the weather will get cold soon. Many residents use extra electric heaters.

This will create extra load on unstable power supply system of Horlivka. And they city may lose electricity and heating.

“The city has power supply, but it is done using reserve power lines and it works based on temporal scheme. It means that in case it gets cold and people turn on extra electric devices, the load will increase. Power lines may fail and Horlivka may lose electric power” said “administration” of the city.

Recently there were reports that heating was turned off in occupied Donetsk.
