People, helping to the relatives, stranded on the occupied territory, could be engaged for the “financing of terrorism”. Moreover, the reason for the beginning of the problems can be simple money transfer to buy medicines or essential goods.

In the chase of results or how to turn civil into a fake “militant”

“In fact all of us, Internally Displaced Persons from the East of Ukraine, has become the hostages in a struggle of results on the cases about fighting with terrorism. Wherein, the fighters of the terrorist organizations LDPR still impunity and their places in isolation ward are filled with people, who were forced to leave from occupied territories and who are trying to survive in the difficult conditions, when state actually refused from social and other support of migrants from the East of a country”, claimed to the correspondent of informator.lg.ua the attorney Ihor Chudovsky. Thus, according to his words, the owner of the network of shops of household chemicals, turned up on the territory of “people’s republics” was blamed in the “financing of terrorists”. Trying to move out his business from the city, he got into an extremely difficult situation. Known about removing of the network, following the traditions of blackmail and robbery, they withdrew cash in left shops on the territory of “republic”. This information has come to investigators of SSU and they blamed the owner of the shops in the financing of terrorists. Caught between two fires, the entrepreneur is looking for the way out, permanently incurring to moral and financial pressing from the both sides.

The terrorists in absentia…

One more sad aspect. In case of recognizing “LPR” and “DPR” the terrorist organizations, all, absolutely all residents of “republics”, including the elderly and infants, automatically get into rank of members of the terrorist formation. And those, who went out and was permanently communicating and supporting relatives stayed there will be announced like accomplices and sponsors of the terrorism. But to recognize organization like terrorist has the right only court or authorized international organization. Lawyers are the same in the opinion that institute of the criminal responsibility for legal entities is absent in Ukraine.

But the verdict of the court, entered into force according to the article. 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“The Creation of the Terrorist Group or the Terrorist Organization”), where could be recognized that some individual is guilty in the organization or in heading and participation in the terrorist organization “LPR”, would become legal findings of the self-proclaimed republic as a terrorist organization.

“The Unified State Register of judgments claims that there is no court sentences of art. 258-3 in Ukraine. So, legal basis to approve that “LPR” is the terrorist organization are absent”, claimed Chudovsky.

Ukrainians on the territory of “LPR” live in terrible economic, social and emotional conditions. Media of the insurgents and street propaganda are trying to instant their brain with lie and nonsense. And from the other side they are smashed by the own state.
