The “top-brassers” of “LPR” and “DPR” begin the “checkings” of the vacant property and “orphaned” land. According to the report of attorney Ihor Chudovsky to the correspondent informator.lg.ua the opening by The Ministry of Justice of the classified real estate and land registries has become the occasion for this actions.

“If earlier searching has been taking some time, now you can find necessary information for 30 minutes and then use it in your own aims”, reported the attorney. According to his words this data can be used to affect on going-out owner of property or site or even for “nationalization” of the ownership. “Nobody interferes to find the entrepreneur, having land plot and to make him to come back on the occupied territory and pay “tax” for his land or to forget about it. The same situation is with the owners of flats”, explains lawyer.

According to his words the activity of the “black notaries” is really possible on the occupied territories in a closer time. “Now they have an opportunity to restructure empty housing on “necessary” people”, resumed Chudovsky.
