Orphanages and boarding of Luhansk and Luhansk region won’t return on the uncontrolled by Ukraine territory. According to the report of separatist site “LuhanskInformCenter” with the link on the “authorized about the rights of the child of “LPR” Julia Nazarenko, at the beginning of summer 2014 with the beginning of warfare 270 children has been removed to Odessa from Luhansk.

“We are trying to return children from Odessa today, which were removed in time of war to recover. For today Ukraine refuses to give children back”, she claimed, noticing, that it’s about deprived of parental care.

“The custodians is the heads of orphanages and boardings of LPR. All documents are here, but children are in Ukraine”, noticed the ombudsmen.

“Because, “LPR” is uncontrolled by Ukraine territory and children were removed from the area of warfare according to the laws of Ukraine, all statements of so-called authorities of “LPR” are unfounded. Employees of orphanages and boardings who didn’t go out on the territory, controlled by Ukraine, don’t have legal base to patronize children, moved out from “LPR”, reported Svetlana.

“Parents whose children are on the territory of “LPR” can return them into a family, moved on the territory, controlled by Ukraine and applied in the appropriate services and passed the relevant procedures”, clarified the expert.
