The explosion happened from 15th on 16th of November at 2:30 am on Molodaya Gvardiya street near house #3 in Luhansk, where office of the “Red Cross” is located. According to the information of the source, approximated to the “the top brassers of MIA” explosion device was mount under the outside metal doors. There is no casualties and wounded.
