All arming, forbidden by Minsk Agreements, was withdrawn from the frontline and sealed. The head of “LPR” Ihor Plotnitsky claimed about it in the interview to “RIA News”. According to his words, the process of withdrawal was finished on November 12 and since this date the representatives of OSCE check its presence on the places of withdrawal.

“All these points were agreed with OSCE and all machinery and weaponry are there (in the places of keeping – ed.) stamped and sealed”, claimed Plotnitsky.

We would remind that “LPR” wants to ban to two observers of OSCE to hold the monitoring. The representatives of the mission reported earlier that they missed some of withdrawn weaponry on the occupied territory.
