Luhansk cafe “Alkuba” has become one of the main entertainment centers for the local youth in the occupation. According to the report of the source among locals to the correspondent of informator.lg.ua, cafe is one of a few places in the city, which works till 10 pm up to curfew.
Paid entrance of 200 roubles doesn’t reduce the number of clients. The source reported that privileges as enter for free are provided to “LPR deputies”.
Also it is noticed that current owner of “Alkuba” has bought neighbor cafes “Chelsea” and “Melrose”. This pubs are continuing to work too. The source added that after the curfew comes taxi-drivers freely carry the to their houses.
