Deputies can’t recognize Russian Federation as the state-aggressor in time of the second session in Lisichansk City Council. The representatives of the “Opposition Bloc”, who are the biggest part in the City Council, claim that decide in a that way not in their competence.

Except this they offered to recognize illegal all military formations, which are not in AFU or MIA. But this suggestion didn’t get support from the representatives of the other fractions.

“In other words this filths called criminals all the volunteer units, which defended Ukraine and gave the opportunity to this beasts to sit in the warm chairs and to be deputies. And they have only one thought, if something happen, we didn’t vote. I said that they are herd with the shepherd in the head. They offended. No, they are spineless and manure worms”, claimed the representative of the BPP “Solidarity” Vitaly Shvedov.
