Dweller has found out dead law enforcement on Artema street in Mariupol at 7 am on December 27. Pedestrian knew that victim is the employment of police, because he found the service certificate near the body.

“There are no signs of violent death visually on the body of the law enforcement. The reason of death will be detected by specialists. It’s known that deadman is the major of the police, 1977 year of birth he worked as the senior Inspector of the Primorsky Dept. of Police.
