“Militants” of “LPR” threatened to the participants of the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) of OSCE, located near the occupied village Smeloe (Luhansk region). According to the words of the observers, 5 armed fighters have surrounded their car, “militants” have imposed guns on them and imitate the sounds of shots. After that armed members of “LPR”, demanding to delete photos of their positions, have threatened to the leader of patrol with physical violence.

Representatives of OSCE told that conflict was decided after arriving of one more insurgent of “LPR”, who recommended to observers to leave.

As it was reported earlier, fighters stopped and didn’t pass further watching heavy machinery OSCE observers near occupied Jurievka (Luhansk region).
