Two cases of denial of access to the representatives of the Special Monitoring Mission OSCE were fixed in Luhansk. Observers noticed that armed members of “LPR” refused in access in their field camp on the East suburb of Luhansk.

Except this, armed “militants” didn’t deny OSCE observers in the field camp, located in Jubileiny township.

As it was reported earlier, fighter have stopped and haven’t missed further watching heavy machinery OSCE observers near occupied Jurievka (Luhansk Region).
