The attorney of the Russian commando Aleksander Aleksandrov Jury Grabovsky is ready to go on occupied territory of Luhansk Region to deliver summons to court to five fighters of the “LPR” gang. UNIAN has reported about it.

According to the report of Grabovsky on briefing on January 27, he will make such voyage if Goloseevsky court agree to attract insurgents as witnesses for the defense. Also, he said that he is ready to issue with own’s han  summons to 5 “LPR policemen” in case of the necessity and because of absence of post connection between Ukrainian side and temporarily occupied territories. Attorney claimed that if witnesses will refuse to come to any Ukrainian city and especially Kyiv, because they will be detained by SSU. So, they may give evidences in videoconference regime from any territorially closed to Ukraine country, in particular Belarus or Russia.

We would remind that during the trial in Goloseevsky District Court of Kyiv one more witness, medic Gregory Maksimets has confirmed that officers of the State Intelligence Agency of the Armed Forces of Russia Aleksander Aleksandrov and Eugeniy Erofeev called themselves the active military personnel of Russian Federation.
