The chieftain of Donetsk insurgents Zakharchenko has signed a ‘document’ where he openly points on the necessity of the provocations, in which Ukrainian side is going to be blamed.

“To commander of the 1st Donetsk Army Corps of Donetsk People’s Republic to provide the strengthening of the demonstrative and provocative actions, which must witness about violation of Minsk Agreements by Armed Forces of Ukraine”, tells the ‘document’.

“To ensure the secrecy of troop control, the secrecy must be strengthen. Demonstrative and provocative must be hold near settlements Horlovka-Zaitsevo, Alexandrovka-Mariinka-Krasnogorovka, Kominternovo-Gnutovo-Talakovka. In the case of retaliatory fire strikes by Armed Forces of Ukraine, immediately notify the representatives of Russian side of Joint Center for control and coordination of the ceasefire”, orders Zakharchenko.

We would remind that “DPR” fighters shelled own positions closer to Kominternovo.
