New deputy on humanitarian and social spheres was appointed by an order of ‘acting the head of the administration’ of Horlovka Stanislav Kim on February 16. The native from Shakhtersk Eugeniya Panfilova has got the post of the deputy.

Earlier Panfilova was the head of PO “Young Republic” in Shakhtersk town.

Judging by photo in the social media Panfilova likes to actively spend time in night entertainment institutions of Moscow.
