“DPR” fighters were preventing the access of the Special Monitoring Mission of OSCE in the settlement, which is located on the West from occupied village Sakhanka of Donetsk region. Also, observers marked in their report that access of SMM was prevented in controlled by “DPR” Sakhanka.

And in one of the “DPR” block-posts near Mariinka, armed members of ‘republic’ insisted on making the search of trunks of cars of SMM patrol.

As it was reported earlier, the fighters of “LPR” didn’t allow to OSCE observers to watch on object, located in the Eastern part of Luhansk.
