“LPR” is preparing to one more kartell with Ukrainian side on March 3. According to the report of “LIC” it is planning to finish exchange “4 jn 8”, which was partly held on February 26.

“We have already negotiated with Ukrainian side: we will have exchange on March 3, at 1 pm on the bridge near Schastie. We still have format 1 to 2”, – reported the representative of “LPR” in subgroup on humanitarian questions and kartell of Contact group Olga Kobtseva.

We would remind that kartell took place on the bridge over Seversky Donets river near Schastie on February 26. From the beginning there was the agreement of exchange on formula 4 on 8, but in fact the cartel 3 on 6 took place.
