Russian authorities introduced energy saving regime in occupied Simferopol. The administration of the city reports that the work of the enterprises, moving of transport and also turning off light were done because of this reason.

“Pumping stations and other social meaningful objects will be switched on autonomous power supply.  “Crimea trolleybus” enterprise entrusted to pause temporary the movement of the electric transport. Institutions of catering and industrial enterprises got the recommendation to switch on autonomous power supply from 12 am of February 29 to 12 am of March 1”, tells the message.

Administration explains these measures by the “carrying out preparatory work on connecting the third energy bridge line”. Except this ‘local authorities’ warned residents of the city about the possibility of rolling blackouts. Also, it was reported about disconnecting of the street light in the ranks of power saving mode.
