Check for compliance with the current legislation of the base of retire payments of IDPs has begun in the pension fund.

“The detection and suppression of pension payments to retired, who died or lost the right on pension by the other, provided by the law, reasons” is the aim of checks, reports Donbass SOS.

The check is held by the Ministry of the Social Policy according to SSU information about IDPs, which status raises the questions of the Department or demands documental confirmation or the fact of living on controlled by Ukraine territory.
