So-called ‘Donetsk department for gas supply and gasification of ‘Donbassgas’ utility’ has claimed that they’re going to start gas pipeline on two streets of Kyiv district of occu[ied Donetsk to the beginning of 2017. The pipeline will be laid near damaged as a result of warfare airport named by Prokofiev.
This is about starting of underground gas pipeline on Stratonavty and Vzletnaya streets.
It has been reported that a half from planned 5 km of underground gas pipeline has been laid and prepared under future laying four more kilometers of trenches on December 1.

‘Today the payable from Utility ‘Popasnaya District Water Treatment’ to ‘Luhansk Energy Association’ ltd. for used electricity is near 124 mln UAH. According to this debts ‘Luhansk Energy Association’ ltd. has de-energized the aggregates of Petrovsk pumping station of 2nd lift on December 1, 2016, which carried out the flow of water on the territory of SDDLR (in Luhansk direction) near 10 000 cubic meters per day’, the representatives of ‘Luhansk Energy Association’ have stressed.
Power supply enterprise press-service also added that Utility ‘Popasnaya District Water Treatment’ supplies water to 80 000 inhabitants of Luhansk region, living on controlled by Ukrainian authorities territory, and near 1.2 mln people of temporary occupied territories.
‘This means more than 90% of extracted water enterprise supply on temporary occupied territory, but doesn’t get payment for this! As a result Utility ‘Popasnaya District Water Treatment’ doesn’t have an opportunity to pay for energy, to pay salary, to buy consumables’, the press-service of ‘Luhansk Energy Association’ has stressed.
Except this, ‘Luhansk Energy Association’ ltd. has reported that Luhansk Regional Military-Civilian Administration have contributed from budget 74.5 mln. UAH to support Utility ‘Popasnaya District Water Treatment’, however that’s not enough.
‘This funds won’t be enough to compensate the expenses for used electricity to the enterprise’, ‘Luhansk Energy Association’ noted.
The deputy of mayor of Toretsk, Donetsk region, Sergei Vinnik has reported that city, dehydrated more than week ago after the damages because of shellings of conduit Horlovka-Toretsk, will get water soon.
‘Repair has already ended successfully… We’re waiting for a water’, Vinnik has write in Facebook.
Presumably, the reservoirs will be filling 10-12 hours. Likely, dwellers will get water tomorrow.
We would remind that only after a week from the moment of absence of water supply in Toretsk Ukrainian side could achieve a cease-fire to hold necessary works.
In their turn dwellers actively began to drain the water from the heating system. Utility service were forced to add there dangerous reagent to keep heat supply.
Brigades could begin the liquidation of the accident on the main pipe Horlovka – Toretsk only on November 29. Works were continuing for a few days.

The governor of Donetsk region Pavel Jebrinsky also has confirmed the information about completion of repair works on damaged after shellings Water Treatment near Toretsk.
According to his words, after brigade had finished the recovery of water pipeline, the water has come in it.
‘But at 3:30 pm on Decemeber 2, insurgents suddenly began shooting near area of work, Jebrivsky wrote in his Facebook. We were forced to connect urgently with Russian representation of Joint focal point for a ceasefire. As a result shooting overed and our repairers successfully finished their work’.
Governor assures that Toretsk and its suburbs inhabitants tomorrow will get water in all rooms till the end of the day. Technologically some time is necessary to water to fill the reservoirs of the station and net.
Nearly 500 kids from the frontline settlements and IDP-children, living in Mariupol, will get presents on December 19, thanking to joint action of philanthropists from Mariupol and Kolomyia ‘The letter to St. Nicholas’.
According to the report of Radio Freedom, the philanthropists from Kolomyia offered to Mariupol colleagues to hold this joint action.
