Yesterday no one Ukrainian military wasn’t killed or wounded in ATO zone. The colonel Alexander Motuzyanyk, the speaker of the Ministry of Defense for ATO has reported about it in time of briefing in the Ukrainian crisis media-center.

The main hostilities in Luhansk direction were near Popasnaya, Bakhmutsky track and on the North of it. In general fighters violate silence mode 17 times, the biggest part of them was from heavy weapons.

‘Krymske stays the main ‘hotspot’, where occupants widely used mortars, firing overnight about 120 mines’, colonel Motuzyanyk noted. Also yesterday first time for the last four weeks fighters used artillery in Luhansk direction. Fighters used cannons of 122 mm calibre near Novozvanovka.

‘Also members of gangs trice fired on Ukrainian positions in neighbor Novoaleksandrovka. They shot from small arms near village Syze’, speaker ATO added.

Difficult situation is in Avdeevk in Donetsk direction and on the outskirts of Horlovka.

‘The enemy seldom begin to use mortars in the industrial zone, but shellings are still long with wide using heavy machine guns and grenade launchers of different systems’, colonel Alexander Motuzyanyk told. In general there were 6 shellings from the side of fighters during a day, half of them was from mortars.  

The most number of shellings is still in Mariupol direction. There were 19 of them during a day. The biggest part of violations of the silence mode happens on the site of front Pavlopol-Shirokino. 12 cases were fixed there yesterday. Fighters less fired on ATO forces from mortars – 7 cases along frontline of this direction, during this time 70 mines were shot on Ukrainian positions.

‘Also 2 enemy sniper shootings were fixed near Pavlopol’, Motuzyanyk claimed.
