Soviet nostalgia settled in Luhansk

The exposition of ‘USSR through the years. Little things of a big country’ theme has opened in Luhansk Local History Museum. Near 900 subjects of the Soviet era, beginning from 1920 years to 1980 decade are presented on the exhibition. Separatist mass media have reported about this. Happening organizers affirm that similar events with the same names are taking place in RF and Belarus.

Snapshots, posters, flags, postcards, furniture and household, toys, books, newspapers, dishes, clothes and other could be seen on the exhibition.

It’s known that not only museum staff, but also collectors of the city, who provided to the exposition the showpieces of Soviet era, were taking part in the organization of the exhibition. Happening will work till the end of 2017.
