Trucks of so-called ‘humanitarian column’ from aggressor country Russia have arrived to captured by fighters ‘LPR’ and ‘DPR’. It’s already 59th ‘humanitarian convoy’. Separatist resources wrote about it this morning, on December 22.

The press-service of so-called ‘MES DPR’ reported that ‘vehicles delivered baby food, daily necessities and New Year gifts’.

Also, the representative of ‘LPR state reserve agency’ reported that trucks arrived in captured Luhansk too. According to his words 17 MES RF automobiles delivered to ‘LPR’ 160 tons of different cargo’.  

Fighters convince that it includes ‘26.2 tons of medicine and baby food – infant formula (3.6 tons), vegetable puree (20.5 tons), milk porridge (21 tons), fruit puree (10.5 tons), fruit juice (18 tons), meat puree (38.5 ton)’  and ‘18.7 tons of Christmas gifts’.

The representative of ‘dept.’ assures that ostensibly was delivered ‘target humanitarian aid: laptops, food, stationery, household chemicals, toys’.

At the same time press-secretary of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Oleg Slobodyan wrote on official Facebook page that number of Russian trucks of so-called ‘humanitarian convoy’ doesn’t match to declared in the note of MFA of Russia.

He informs that Russian Foreign Ministry has claimed about 40 trucks. Meanwhile 46 vehicles entered occupied zone.

Slobodyan focused that ‘because humanitarian convoy moving was with the gross violation of the norms of international and domestic law and consistent with the International Committee of the Red Cross modalities, the Ukrainian interagency group control was made only by visual observation without performing control functions’.

‘Vehicles predominantly ostensibly were carrying food, medicine and gifts’, summarized Oleg Slobodyan.

We note that every time when so-called ‘humanitarian columns’ invading the territory of a sovereign Ukraine, Ukrainian side has no possibility to screen in details the real content of Russian trucks. But every time after the visit of ‘humanitarian column’ in Donetsk and Luhansk the exacerbation appears on the frontline of ATO zone.
