‘After the establishing of lasting truce, we’ll calculate the damage done to us by illegal and unconstitutional actions of armed groups, controlled by Poroshenko and submit a claim to Kyiv. And persons, guilty in the war crimes and crimes against humanity, will answer for their crimes to the fullest extent of internationally recognized norms and laws’, Plotnitsky noted.
