Inhabitants of Stanitsa Luhanska have got warning about ban of fireworks and also about using of pyrotechnics in time of New Year and Christmas holidays. The leadership of Stanitsa Luhanska District State Administration has published corresponding reminder.

Dear citizens!

We remind that owners of the entertainment, food, trade, consumer service facilities regardless of ownership in time of holding New Year events must provide the compliance with the requirements of Article 24 24 of the Law of Ukraine ‘About ensuring of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population’ and to prevent the carrying out of fireworks and the use of pyrotechnic products in the territory of subordinate objects.

In case of violation of demands of these rules citizens are responsible according to the current legislation. Article 195-6 of Code of Administrative Offences, namely the violation of the order of production, storage, transportation, trade and use of fireworks punishable by a fine, with confiscation of fireworks.

The special request is for parents to look for their children! Don’t allow them to independently buy and use explosive toys! Take care about you and your kids to have safe New Year holidays!
