Pechersk court of Kyiv withdrew the arrest from the accounts of Public company ‘Vseukrainsky bank razvitiya’ (All-Ukrainian bank of development), which belongs to son of ex-president Alexander Yanukovich, 15 million dollars. The court’s decision from 19-26th of December shows it.
According to the document, funds, placed on the accounts of Valeriya Yesaulkova, Aleksander Kostilov and Roman Emelin, don’t have criminal origin.
Definitions of the court point that decisions can’t be appealed.
It’s known that first two decisions were accepted by Roman Novak and last – the judge Vitaly Pisanets. Bank depositors were represented by the same attorney in all three cases – Aleksander Salazsky.
