Jurisdiction in criminal proceedings on charges of treason of two ex-MPs of The Supreme Council of Crimea was determined by Kyiv Court of Appeal on January 4, 2017. The press-service of the court reported about this.

It was noted that court has satisfied the petition the prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on the determination of jurisdiction in criminal proceedings on charges of R.I. Ilyasov and V.M. Klytchnikov.

Court’s decision tells that the criminal proceedings according to ex-MP R. Ilyasov will be considered by Solomensky district court of Kyiv and according to ex-MP V. Klytchnikov by Dneprovsky district court of Kyiv.
