The owners of pension cards of ‘Oschadbank’ (State Ukrainian Bank – ed.) forced with new troubles in ‘LPR’. If earlier funds from ‘Oschadbank’ cards, given to IDP-pensioners, could be free cashed on the uncontrolled territory of Luhansk region, now the staff of exchanging points and ‘LPR’ ‘banks’ are only at a loss: system failed.

Discouraged pensioners are offered another variant: to give a card to the representative of a firm to cash it on the controlled by Ukraine territory by couriers.  

It must be noticed that it’s necessary for pensioner to give to such cash-representatives all personal data, including pin-code.  

One more negative moment could become a possible detention of courier in time of crossing the demarcation line by Ukrainian top brassers. At this case all cards are seized.
