Ukraine took the initiative to exchange 228 separatists on 48 Ukrainians, who are in fighters’ captivity. The SBU advisor Jury Tandit has reported about it on the ‘5 channel’.  

‘We took the initiative, we are ready to transfer 228 people to take back 48. Unprecedented offer’, he stressed.

Besides, Tandit also noted, that Security Service receives the lists of detained by Ukraine separatists, but they are mostly incorrect. ‘There are total chaos’, he clarified.
