Local ‘notaries’ begin to arrange deals on buying and selling of the real estate in the occupied part of Donetsk region.

‘663 deals of buying and selling of the real estate were arranged during 2016. This is about flats, houses and land’, the press service of the ‘Ministry of justice’ of self-proclaimed ‘DPR’ report about it.

The ‘Ministry’ assures that to arrange deal of buying and selling it’s necessary to register technical passport on real estate, register ownership and receive the corresponding certificate of ownership. If there is a need also person could get the certificate about land in the ‘management of land resources’ of the pseudo-republic.

The estimated cost of the project is held after that and also deal is notarially executed.

Final stage is the registration of property rights of the new owner.
