So-called ‘LPR ‘Council of Ministers’ has approved the ‘program of support of state mass-media’ and allocated funds of 4 million rubles (~$61 464) for the first quarter of 2017.

The financial aid will be partitioned among next editions: ‘ASKET’, ‘Trud gornyaka’ (Miner’s labour), ‘Krasny Luch’ (Red Ray), ‘Zhizn Luhanska’ (Luhansk life), ‘Vpered’ (Fast forward), ‘Antracitovsky vestnik’ (Anthracite messenger), ‘Slava Krasnodona’ (The Glory of Krasnodon), ‘Narodnaya tribuna’ (People’s tribune), ‘Vostochny Donbass’ (Eastern Donbass), ‘Slavyanoserbskie vesti’ (Slavyanoserbsk news), ‘Nash Pervomaisk’ (Our Pervomaisk), ‘Trudovaya slava’ (Labour glory), ‘Informatsionny vestnik’ (Information messenger) and ‘Stakhanovskoe znamya’ (Stakhanov standard). In order to provide financial support to state mass-media the ‘Ministry of connection and mass communication of ‘LPR’ will conclude a contract with the state unitary enterprises – media outlets, registered in the ‘country’. The amount for concrete edition depends on the covered by it territory and its volume.
