The consideration of the claim for ‘debt Yanukovych’, in the ranks of which Russian Federation demands from Ukraine the payment of a credit of $3 billions, was finished in London. BBC-Ukraine reports.
It has been reported that judge William Blair thanked the members of the lawsuit for ‘very useful performances’. Moreover, he stressed that decision on the appointed case will be accepted ‘in due season’.
Also, it was noted that positions in the case were presented by Bankim Tanks (representative of Ukraine) and Mark Howard (Representative of the Russian Federation) on Thursday, January, 19.
