64-old year inhabitant of Druzhkovka in time of drunken brawl killed his acquaintance by shot in the face. After he shut in the house and threatened to kill himself, if police would make an assault.

The message about accident was received by Druzhkovka police dept. at 1:15 am. One of the locals had become the eyewitness of murder, fled the scene and told about that the corpse of a man is in the private household massive.

The investigative team has gone out in the place. The suspected, who was drunk, warned that he has weapon. ‘I’ll kill myself!’, a man cried. 40 minutes policemen were talking with old man, convincing him to drop his gun and to give up. At the same time the alternative measures to detain offensive also were developing. But at last man opened the door and during the operation he was detained. Getting inside the law enforcements found the dead body in the kitchen. The person was detected, it was 54-year old local. Policemen detected that near 1 am the company from three men was drinking alcohol at the house of 64-year old owner of a house. The conflict erupted between old man and 54-year old man. The owner of a house pulled out a gun and shot at drinking companion’s head

In time of searching of a house of detained, cops found there arsenal of weapons: 6 pistols and a rifle. Everything is home-made. Now the ‘Lord of War’ is checking on the involvement in the sale of lethal products.

The criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 115 “Murder” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was opened on this fact. He faces up to 15 years in prison. The issue of bringing the attacker to liability under Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives) is solving. The Communication Department of the police of Donetsk region reports.
