Unknown people have cut a part of railway road in Donbass, coming to occupied territory. The MP Vladimir Parasyuk has made a post about it on his Facebook page. The deputy also takes part in Donbass blockade.

‘I don’t know who has done it, but I’m sure that it was conscious Ukrainians, who are tired of war. Now it’s understood that nobody goes anywhere’, he clarified.

We would remind that ATO veterans have blocked on January 25 the railway road Luhansk – Popasnaya in the ranks of trade blockade of occupied Donbass regions. As a result of veteran’s actions the movement of 12 trains with total number of wagons 700 units was blocked.

We add that information about blockade also was confirmed by regional police speaker Tatiana Pogukai, who noted that SBU and General prosecutor of Ukraine must rate actions of ex ATO soldiers, who blocked railway road on the demarcation line in Luhansk region.

The information on this fact were input to Unified Register of pre-trial investigations of Ukraine with prequalification h. 1 tbsp. 279 of the Criminal Code, it’s the blocking of transport communications through obstacles devices that disrupt the normal operation of transport. The punishment provides a fine of 50 to 150 non-taxable minimum, or correctional labor up to two years, or arrest for up to 6 months, or restriction of liberty for up to 3 years.
